Our dedicated development center, which measures more than 3600 square feet, is located in the government- sanctioned and government-supported IT Park in Nagpur, a well- connected city in central India. The center features advanced computer systems and server technologies, redundant power- supply systems, and back-up Internet access, which ensures our ability to support our international clients 24 hours a day . Our workforce is split into two shifts in order to provide maximum support. Our office in the United States is open during normal business hours and serves as a potential point of contact for clients.

Our web designers use images that we have purchased and stored in our in- house image library . Our database information comes from public- domain sources. This is one very important reason to work with Salt Lake SMS. If you ask any other outsourcing firm for the sources of its images, you won’t be happy with the answer. We assure you that our work will never garner a surprise lawsuit in the future. (This issue rarely even considered by most other offshore companies   – be aware.)
